**The Opportunity**
As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for answering inbound customer calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our customers. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one, and that our customers feel valued and appreciated. This is a part-time opportunity, with a set schedule of 20 hours per week, including one weekend day and one weekday off.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound customer calls and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Offer additional products to customers on each interaction
* Assist customers with questions, while personalizing the experience for each caller
* Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data

* Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
**What You Bring**
* Excellent problem-solving and de-escalation skills, with the ability to sustain a high-paced call volume
* Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
* Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
* Can sit for long periods of time
* Follow arenaflex computer system requirements
* Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
* Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Starting rate is $15.00/hour
* $1.00/hour additional for any hours worked 6pm-6am
* $1.00 for every hour worked 12:00am Saturday -11:59pm on Sunday

**System Requirements**
* Self-provided Computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
* Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
* High-speed internet connection. Satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option (no 5G or Wi-Fi)
* Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported
* Webcam and able to appear on camera for meetings and trainings
