Project Overview
The video should explain, in simple terms:
A customer calls a business
An AI assistant answers the call (this is not voicemail)
The AI understands the caller’s request
The AI can:
Answer common questions
Capture lead details
Book appointments or pass messages
The business never misses calls (including after hours)
Target length: 60–90 seconds
Target audience: Small businesses & service-based businesses (trades, clinics, offices, etc.)

Friendly and reassuring (AI helping humans, not replacing them)
