Job description: Title:Finance ManagerGroup/Team:FinanceReports To:Sr. Director of FinanceStatus:Full-timeFLSAClassification:ExemptMinimum Salary:$79,200POSITION SUMMARYThe Finance Manager for United Way of South Central Michigan supports the Senior Director of Finance in managing the financial operations of the organization. The Finance Manager will assist with account reconciliation, tracking budgets and forecasts, monitoring cash flow, and production of reports. The Finance Manager works with the Grants Management Associate and other Community Impact staff to develop budgets for new programs/grants, and provides financial oversight and reporting for UWSCMI's Program Assistance Center (PAC), Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA), 2-1-1 and other direct service programs.This position is hybrid with a minimum of three days a week, in the office and can be located at any of the UWSCMI offices (Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, Jackson, Lansing). In addition, United Way provides a 10% employer contribution into the 403(b) retirement plan each year with full vesting after 3 years of service and 20 days Paid Time Off, 13 days Paid Sick Time, 5 Paid Volunteer Days, 3 Floating Holidays and 11 Paid Holidays each year (Paid time off, sick time. Paid volunteer time and floating holidays are prorated the first year).
