<p>We are looking for a highly skilled <strong>Business Financial Controller</strong> to join our Finance department in <strong>Dubai</strong>. This role is pivotal in maintaining P&L ownership, ensuring financial integrity, and partnering with business heads to drive growth and cost optimization.</p><p><br></p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p><p>Financial Reporting & P&L: Manage accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Group policies.</p><p>Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with business segments to prepare annual budgets, forecast projections, and MIS reports.</p><p>Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs (Free Cash Flow, EBITDA, Net Debt) and analyze financial performance against prior years to measure growth.</p><p>Controls & Compliance: Exercise accounting controls to detect fraud or non-compliance and ensure adherence to Delegation of Authority (DOA).</p><p><br></p><p>Requirements :</p><p>Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting.</p><p>Certification : Professional qualification such as <strong>CPA, CFA, ACCA, or ACA</strong> is mandatory.</p><p>Experience : 10+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or finance.</p><p>Technical Skills<strong>:</strong> Proficiency in <strong>Oracle Hyperion, SAP</strong>, or similar ERPs, alongside advanced MS Excel skills.</p><p>Industry Knowledge:<strong> </strong>Preferred experience in the <strong>shipping industry</strong>.</p><p>Soft Skills: Strong analytical ability, professional integrity, leadership skills to manage a team of accountants, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.</p><p></p>
