Job Description:
Supervision: Oversee the daily activities of the work crew, ensuring that tasks are assigned and completed according to project plans and timelines.
Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow.
Planning: Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Develop work plans and delegate tasks based on project requirements.
Safety: Enforce and promote adherence to safety guidelines and regulations. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to mitigate potential hazards.
Training: Provide guidance and training to workers on job tasks, safety procedures, and the proper use of equipment and tools.
Quality Control: Monitor work quality and ensure that it meets established standards and specifications. Address any issues or concerns related to the quality of work.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project, such as delays, equipment malfunctions, or personnel problems.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including progress reports, attendance, and any incidents. Report to project managers or higher-level supervisors as required.
Equipment Management: Oversee the use and maintenance of tools and equipment. Coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
