Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Freelance Business Development Manager (BDM) with 6+ years of proven success in US IT Staffing or Domestic IT Staffing. The ideal candidate must have a strong client portfolio, consistent revenue generation history, and deep understanding of the IT staffing sales cycle.
This role is performance-driven and commission-based with unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new direct clients and Tier-1 vendor partnerships in US / Domestic IT Staffing.
• Handle complete sales lifecycle: lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, negotiation, and closure.
• Bring active IT requirements for C2C, W2, 1099 (US Staffing).
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure quality and timely submissions.
• Negotiate contracts, MSA, NDA, rate cards, and payment terms.
• Manage MSP/VMS accounts (if applicable).
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain strong pipeline and forecasting reports.
Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of experience in IT Staffing Business Development (US or Domestic).
• Proven track record of closing direct clients.
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and visa categories (H1B, GC, USC, etc.) for US Staffing.
• Experience working with MSP/VMS portals.
• Strong negotiation and account management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-driven and target-oriented.

• Existing active client base.
• Experience handling Fortune 500 or enterprise clients.
• Ability to bring immediate requirements.
