Graphic Design, Video & Animation Specialist

Position Overview

BARBRI is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design, Video & Animation Specialist to join our passionate and supportive Creative Brand Strategy team, which includes expert brand strategists, graphic designers, copywriters, product leads and organic social media specialists.

This role combines expertise in visual design, motion graphics, video editing, and animation to produce compelling multimedia content that elevates our brand and engages audiences across digital, social, CTV, and event channels.

The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and experience creating branded video, motion graphics, social content, and interactive media.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for campaigns, social media, events, and product demonstrations.

• Handle all aspects of video production: storyboarding, editing, color correction, typography, sound design, and final delivery.

• Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets optimized for social and digital platforms, particularly YouTube and Instagram

• Repurpose, recut, and rebrand legacy video content

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics, product and explainer videos.

• Create animated titles, lower thirds, transitions, and special effects to enhance storytelling.

• Work closely with copywriters, producers, and stakeholders to bring creative storyboards and concepts to life.

• Develop visually compelling graphics, digital ads, infographics, and presentation assets aligned with brand guidelines.

• Maintain consistency of brand identity across all visual outputs.

Collaboration & Workflow

• Partner with marketing, product, and brand teams to deliver high-impact creative content.

• Manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

• Stay up to date with design, video, and animation trends to keep content fresh and engaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and animation.

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Knowledge of digital production formats, aspect ratios, compression, and optimization for web and social platforms.

• Strong eye for typography, color, and layout design.

• Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.

• Portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic design, video, and animation work is required.

• Experience in managing YouTube channels a plus
