Key Responsibilities:
- Set appointments with prospective clients to identify their financial resources and needs
- Offer expert life and health insurance policy recommendations to generate sales
- Provide exceptional customer service to our client base
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary with opportunities for commission and bonus earnings
- Average first-year earnings: $40,000 - $65,000
- Production-based incentives of up to $12,000 in the first year
- Extra $5,000 bonus in the first four months
- Experienced sales agents can earn upwards of $100,000+ in commissions and bonuses
