As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, packing, and loading shipments, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently select, pack, and load shipments to meet customer expectations and deadlines
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move packages and products
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the distribution center
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic
