Your responsibilities
Full ownership of sales targets and operational KPIs for Direct Sales in the German market
Leading three sales teams with a total of approx. 25 sales professionals
Direct revenue responsibility for an annual order volume of around €180 million
Setting individual targets and coaching team members in alignment with corporate objectives
Operational responsibility for forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly), market analysis, and sales strategies
Hands-on involvement in key customer negotiations and strategic relationship management
Identifying and implementing new sales approaches while ensuring customer satisfaction
Strategic planning with a long-term business focus
Removing operational obstacles to enable team success
Your profile
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
At least 10 years of experience in senior sales leadership roles within a technology-driven environment
Deep understanding of complex IT/telecom sales (e.g. Unified Communications, Networking, VOIP)
Proven leadership experience managing complex and distributed sales teams
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong forecasting, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset
Native-level German, fluent English (business/professional level)
Excellent communication, persuasion, and entrepreneurial thinking
Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally internationally
