You will work in a remote, high-volume call center environment, handling approximately 60-65 incoming calls per day from healthcare providers, referral sources, and patients. Your primary responsibility will be to collect clinical and demographic information and enter it into our CareCentrix portal, ensuring seamless and efficient patient intake.
