About the position This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a HEOR Associate Director - REMOTE. In this role, you will take the lead in developing comprehensive health economics and outcomes research strategies, playing a crucial part in improving product access and value proposition in various stages of the product lifecycle. Your expertise will guide cross-functional teams and influence decision-making with health authorities and payers. Collaborating closely with medical, commercial, and access colleagues, you will ensure that the necessary evidence is generated to effectively communicate product benefits. Responsibilities • Represent HEOR function in Medical Strategy Teams to develop integrated evidence plans (IEPs). • Proactively generate and communicate evidence to optimize patient access and product value. • Ensure all research is conducted with a high level of scientific rigor. • Publish and present research accomplishments at scientific conferences and forums. • Effectively partner with internal stakeholders to generate robust HEOR findings. • Manage multiple HEOR projects, associated budgets, and external & internal partners. • Build robust partnerships with external institutions and individuals as needed. Requirements • An advanced degree (master’s or doctorate) in health economics, statistics, epidemiology, or health policy is required. • Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharma or healthcare sector in relevant fields. • Expert knowledge of Health Economics, Outcomes Research, and Real-World Evidence is required. • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills are essential. • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and communication with diverse audiences. Nice-to-haves • PhD or PharmD with a strong focus in Health Economics or related fields is preferred.
