Role Description
As a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll work one-on-one with children in home and community settings, following treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Providing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implementing behavior plans and skill-building programs
• Collecting and documenting session data
• Collaborating with your clinical team
Qualifications
• High school diploma
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
