[Hiring] Senior Director, RevOps @Patra Corporation

Role Description Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Senior Director, Revenue Operations leads the strategic design and execution of the revenue operations function across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role is responsible for aligning GTM teams, optimizing processes, managing systems and data infrastructure, and driving predictable, scalable revenue growth. • Develop and oversee the RevOps roadmap, defining goals, KPIs, and revenue levers for acquisition, expansion, and retention • Roll up sleeves and directly own key RevOps deliverables (e.g., forecasting model refinements or CRM segmentation updates) alongside strategic oversight • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Finance to align on revenue goals, forecasting, compensation, and territory strategy • Ensure operational alignment across GTM functions to drive revenue predictability and efficiency • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing RevOps team that embodies accountability and collaboration • Maintain a hands-on role in key RevOps workflows to stay close to operational reality while building and mentoring the team • Drive cross-functional adoption of systems and processes to improve performance and execution • Communicate business insights and recommendations to executive leadership to support decision making Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Analytics, or related field (MBA preferred) • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy leadership • Hands-on expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong), revenue tech stack, and analytics platforms • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through operational efficiency and alignment • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills; comfortable working cross-functionally in a high-growth environment Requirements • Drive data integrity across CRM and analytics platforms, ensuring a single source of truth for GTM operations • Own critical operational tasks personally (e.g., data integrity checks, dashboard builds) to ensure a strong foundation, even as you hold broader accountability • Support and lead assessments on territory planning and GTM compensation plans • Direct forecasting and pipeline management processes • Deliver clear, actionable reporting on funnel performance, ARR/NRR, churn, and customer lifecycle metrics Company Description Patra Corporation is the worldwide leader in insurance back-office and account management business process outsourcing.
