Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and other assigned areas within the household.
- Handle laundry tasks, including washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens.
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, appliances, and furniture, ensuring a sanitized environment.
- Handle special cleaning projects as assigned, such as post-construction cleaning or deep cleaning.
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste in accordance with proper procedures.
- Follow established safety protocols and use cleaning equipment and materials effectively and responsibly.
- Address any specific client requests or concerns, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Manage cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as needed.
Requirements:
- Be at least 18-years of age.
- Have a reliable car with insurance and a valid driver's license.
- Pass a background check.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Should have previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Attention to detail and an appreciation for cleanliness and order.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with ability to read and write in english
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to maintain a positive and professional interaction with clients and co workers.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing, bending, and lifting (up to 35 lbs).
