Job Description

We are seeking experienced housekeepers to join our growing team managing multiple Airbnb properties in Miami. As part of our housekeeping staff, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and hotel-quality experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare Airbnb units (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, balconies).
• Change linens, make beds, restock supplies.
• Report any damages or maintenance issues.
• Follow company standards for cleanliness and guest readiness.
• Work independently and manage time efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience (Airbnb, hotel, or residential).
• Must have a car to travel between properties.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work flexible shifts between 11am – 5/6pm.
