Senior HR professional needed to advise a growing DSO on strategic HR and benefits compliance, with a heavy focus on ERISA governance and 401(k) oversight. This role complements an internal payroll/HR admin team (not a day-to-day payroll role).
• *Scope
• Lead ERISA/benefits compliance efforts; maintain compliance calendar, notices, and documentation.
• Oversee 401(k) plan governance (vendors, audits/testing support, process controls, plan changes).
• Partner with brokers/recordkeepers/TPAs and coordinate with counsel as needed.
• Advise leadership on HR risk, policies, and scalable people practices for a multi-site DSO.
• Guide HR admins on best practices; improve processes without owning payroll execution.
• *Requirements
• 7+ years HR experience with senior-level advisory/consulting capability.
• Hands-on experience with ERISA-covered benefit plans and 401(k) administration/oversight.
• Strong vendor management and documentation/compliance discipline.
• DSO or multi-site healthcare experience preferred; HR certification a plus.
