Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (80%)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for our team.
- Collaborate with hiring managers: understand their staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Utilize various sourcing methods: leverage job boards, social media, and networking to attract exceptional candidates.
- Conduct reference checks: verify candidate credentials and negotiate job offers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system: ensure seamless recruitment operations.
HR Tasks (20%)
- Assist with onboarding new employees: ensure a smooth transition into the company and provide necessary support.
- Support employee engagement initiatives: contribute to performance management processes and foster a positive work environment.
- Help maintain HR policies and procedures: stay up-to-date with best practices and regulatory requirements.

What Skills and Competencies Will Help You Succeed in This Role?
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role: a strong focus on sourcing and attracting talent.
