Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation programs and training sessions
- Support payroll activities by processing HR-related paperwork and ensuring timely submission of employee data
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise
- Provide clerical support to the HR team, including managing calendars, organizing meetings, and preparing reports
Skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and management
- Familiarity with HR software and tools for managing employee data and recruitment processes
- High level of accuracy in maintaining records and processing information

- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver License is required
- Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen
