Responsibilities
• Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for light industrial positions.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and administrative tools
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems.
• Perform human resources duties such as scheduling interviews, answering phone calls, and monitoring emails, among other related duties.
• Create, update and remove job postings from different service requisitions on the different platforms available for these purposes.
• Working closely with Recruiters to maintain the candidate database, reports and internal systems up to date.
• Assisting successful candidates with the onboarding process, including preparing documents and coordinating orientation agendas.
• Assigned on a hybrid basis with scheduled on-site presence at the client’s facility to provide direct HR support to on-site employees, serve as a liaison between local personnel and the corporate Human Resources team, and support core HR operational processes including employee orientation, onboarding assistance, employee inquiries, employment documentation follow-up, policy compliance, time and attendance coordination, and general HR administrative support.
• Other duties as required.
Requirements
• Associate or Bachelor’s (Preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in the Human Resources field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (Spanish and English).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office.
• This position is classified as a hybrid role, requiring the employee to perform duties both remotely (virtual) and on-site at customer locations.
• This requires flexibility to travel to client facilities as needed, while also maintaining productivity and availability in a virtual work environment.
