**Key Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Handling High-Volume Calls**: Efficiently manage 50+ calls per day via inbound calls or on an auto-dialer, providing accurate and satisfactory answers to clients' queries and concerns.
* **Providing Patient Assistance**: De-escalate situations, offer patient support, and assist with scheduling payment arrangements.
* **Multi-Tasking**: Utilize relative websites and our in-house system to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
* **Flexible Scheduling**: Work flexible schedules, including weekends or late hours, and be open to adjusting your schedule as needed.
* **Meeting Performance Metrics**: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and client satisfaction.
**Training Schedule**
Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. The training schedule includes:
* **1-Week Training Program**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with 100% attendance mandatory.
