**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Care Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing customers with information on products, services, and offers
* Taking calls from customers and making outbound calls to resolve queries and issues
* Identifying customer needs and preferences to deliver personalized support
* Communicating effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
**Desired Candidate Profile:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have:
* Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu
* Ability to handle 80-100 calls per day
* Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including 9-hour shifts and flexible hours
* Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 20 WPM
* 0-6 months of experience in a customer service or BPO environment
* Freshers (2022 and above pass out) or up to 2 years of experience
