**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Sales Representative - Fully Remote, your key responsibilities will include:
* Contacting existing customers on behalf of arenaflex to upgrade or resubscribe their services utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems
* Delivering sales results that meet client performance objectives, including number of contacts, number of leads/conversions/sales, etc.
* Delivering productivity results that meet client performance objectives, including contacts/hour, sales per hour, accuracy, etc.
* Adhering to standard contact procedures and attempting to build relationships, build support for client products and services, and overcome prospect objections
* Adhering to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Must be a North Carolina Resident
* Private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions
* Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service Experience are highly preferred
* Professional vocabulary
* Excellent communication skills both oral and written
* Assertive, quick thinking
* Excellent schedule adherence and attendance
* Prior work-from-home call center experience is a plus!
* Good computer skills
