**Job Summary**
We're recruiting for multiple technical customer service advisors to join our existing team. This could be the perfect job if you enjoy supporting people over the phone and working nights. As a Night Customer Services Representative - Remote, you'll be responsible for taking inbound customer calls related to EV car chargers and providing customer support, general queries, advice, and some technical support. You'll also be working on admin tasks between calls.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Take inbound customer calls related to EV car chargers and provide customer support, general queries, advice, and some technical support
* Work on admin tasks between calls, such as data entry and record-keeping
* Meet targets and deadlines for call handling and customer satisfaction
* Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

**Essential Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or solutions-based role
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Good use of IT and customer databases, with the ability to learn new systems and software
* Reliable and self-disciplined, with the ability to work independently and remotely
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
* Enhanced DBS check required

* Knowledge of EV car chargers and related technologies
