Overview
US Quest Law is a boutique U.S. immigration law firm seeking an Immigration Attorney with hands-on experience handling EB-1, EB-2 NIW, O-1, and E-2 cases. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.
We are looking for an attorney who can work independently on USCIS-based petitions and contribute immediately to a growing caseload of high-level employment-based cases. Our work focuses on helping talented professionals, entrepreneurs, scientists, and investors navigate the U.S. immigration system with care, precision, and respect for the human stakes involved.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage EB-1, EB-2 NIW, O-1, and E-2 cases from strategy through filing
• Analyze eligibility and develop case strategy for employment-based cases
• Draft legal briefs, support letters, and RFE responses
• Review, organize, and evaluate evidence submitted to USCIS
• Collaborate with paralegals in preparing filings, exhibits, and case packets
• Maintain clear and professional internal communication regarding case progress
• Stay up to date on USCIS policies and adjudication trends
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state
• 2+ years of experience in U.S. immigration law
• Direct experience preparing EB-1, EB-2 NIW, O-1, and E-2 filings required
• Ability to manage a heavy caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with USCIS practice and procedures
Russian language proficiency is valued but not required.

Hiring Process
Shortlisted candidates will be asked practical, case-based questions to assess experience with EB-1, EB-2 NIW, O-1, and E-2 cases, as well as familiarity with USCIS practice.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
