Duties • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from prospective and current clients seeking Medicare, health, or life insurance information. • Provide detailed explanations of insurance plans, including benefits, coverage options, and eligibility requirements. • Assist clients in comparing policies and customizing coverage plans that meet their unique needs. • Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy. • Facilitate the sales process by negotiating terms, explaining benefits administration procedures, and closing sales effectively. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using sales administration tools and update customer databases regularly. • Collaborate with marketing teams to identify opportunities for outreach and improve customer engagement strategies. • Support clients throughout the enrollment process, ensuring they understand policy details and benefits. Qualifications • Proven experience in insurance sales or retail sales environments, with a strong focus on customer service excellence. • Demonstrated skills in negotiation, communication, and analysis to assess client needs accurately. • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse populations effectively. • Familiarity with outside sales techniques, telemarketing strategies, and benefits administration processes. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing sales documentation and compliance requirements such as HIPAA. • Ability to analyze client information to recommend appropriate insurance products confidently. • Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to insurance promotion is a plus.
