Legacy Financial Planning is seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Agent to conduct virtual consultations and help clients secure life insurance coverage that protects their families and financial future.
This is a performance-based role supported by a proven sales system, pre-qualified leads, structured training, and ongoing mentorship. We welcome both driven individuals new to insurance and experienced closers looking for a higher-commission environment with leadership growth opportunities.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, self-discipline, and the ability to operate confidently in a results-driven setting.
Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual sales appointments with pre-qualified leads
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Follow proven sales scripts and training systems
• Maintain compliance with state and company regulations
• Track activity, follow up with prospects, and manage pipeline
• Consistently meet personal production and performance goals
• Maintain professionalism in all client interactions
Qualifications
• Demonstrated history of high achievement in sales, athletics, entrepreneurship, or other performance-based environments
• Exceptional communication skills with confidence speaking to professionals over phone and zoom.
• Strong self-management skills — able to structure your day and execute without supervision
• Emotionally resilient and comfortable handling objections and rejection
• Growth-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and accountability

Additional Information
• This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is commission-based. Income varies based on effort, consistency, and performance. No income is guaranteed.
