Interior Designer Needed – Basement Layout + Permit Drawings (Measurements Provided)

I am finishing my basement and looking for an experienced interior designer or residential drafter to help turn my measured sketches and design intent into a clean layout and permit-ready drawings. I have already completed extensive measurements of the basement including: perimeter wall dimensions window locations ceiling heights HVAC duct locations plumbing locations stairwell opening crawlspace access radon pipe water main I have compiled everything into a designer packet document that includes measurements and my general layout concept. Your role would be to: • Review the measurements and design intent • Create a clean basement floor plan • Optimize the layout for the rooms • Design the bathroom layout • Design framing and wall placement • Provide drawings suitable for permit submission Basement Layout Concept The basement will include: • Bedroom (northwest area) • Storage / utility room (northeast area) • Full bathroom (southwest corner) • Small wet bar • Entertainment cabinetry wall The basement is divided by a central wall near the main HVAC duct, with doors leading to the bedroom and storage room. Bathroom fixtures are flexible because the sewer lines are currently being replaced, so plumbing can be positioned wherever makes the most sense. Two basement windows will also be replaced as part of the project. Deliverables Ideally I would like: • Basement floor plan layout • Wall framing plan • Bathroom layout • Electrical / lighting concept • Cabinet / built-in concept for entertainment wall • Permit-ready drawing set (if possible) Formats such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp + PDF are acceptable.
