Are you a master of executive messaging with a passion creating compelling narratives that inspire stakeholders and drive business outcomes? We are seeking a high-energy Communications Manager to join a global leader in B2B SaaS. In this role, you won't just "send updates"-you will act as a strategic architect of influence, crafting the enterprise-wide stories that align global teams and inspire leadership across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
Responsibilities:
• Orchestrate Global Alignment: Strategically lead communication for various Go-To-Market (GTM) motions, ensuring the Global Resource Hub and internal tools resonate with stakeholders.
• Champion the Program Voice: Author, edit, and synthesize high-impact content across Slack, email, and presentations to keep a global team synchronized and informed.
• Influence at the Highest Levels: Facilitate alignment strategies with senior leadership to showcase program innovation and drive collaborative partnerships.
• Modernize Workflows: Design and maintain streamlined communication templates that eliminate friction and ensure a consistent, professional program voice.
• Lead with Vision: Spearhead project meetings-from creative brainstorming to leadership approvals-ensuring every initiative hits its target with precision.
Qualifications:
• Executive Comms Mastery: Proven expertise writing for a business audience with a focus on clear, concise, and impactful language.
• Strategic Agility: You thrive in ambiguity and possess a natural urgency to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Tech-Savvy Toolkit: Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and the ecosystem.
• Professional Pedigree: Ideally, 5+ years in Strategic Communications or Product Marketing within a global enterprise environment.
