About Us Concepción Global PLLC is a boutique international tax law firm advising individuals, family offices, and closely held businesses on complex cross-border tax matters. Our practice focuses on U.S. international tax compliance and planning, including expatriation, pre-immigration planning, entity structuring, and cross-border transactions. We serve a global client base with a strong emphasis on U.S.–Europe and U.S.–Latin America matters. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated International Tax Attorney with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of managing deadlines. This role requires strong technical knowledge of U.S. international tax and the ability to independently handle client matters with precision and timeliness. Key Responsibilities • Advise clients on U.S. international tax issues, including cross-border transactions and structuring • Perform entity classification and restructuring analyses • Handle compliance matters including FBAR, FATCA, and IRS Streamlined Filing Compliance Procedures (Domestic and Offshore) • Assist with expatriation and pre-immigration tax planning • Draft memoranda, opinions, and client communications • Manage multiple client engagements and meet strict deadlines • Collaborate with the firm’s team and external advisors as needed Qualifications • J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school • Active U.S. bar admission (Florida preferred but not required) • Minimum of 2 years of experience in U.S. international tax (law firm or accounting firm) • Strong understanding of cross-border structuring and private client international tax issues • Experience with IRS Streamlined Filing Compliance Procedures (Domestic and Offshore) • Excellent drafting, analytical, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently Preferred Qualifications • LL.M. in Taxation (strongly preferred) • Experience advising high-net-worth individuals • Familiarity with FIRPTA and inbound/outbound structuring Compensation & Benefits • Competitive compensation based on experience • Flexible, remote-friendly work environment • Opportunity for growth within a specialized international tax practice • Position may begin on a part-time basis with the opportunity to transition to full-time • Origination credit for clients brought into the firm • Friendly and collaborative work environment How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter to [email protected] with copy to [email protected] Pay: From $160.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
