Job Description:
• Assist in the preparation of reports related to contractors, vendor performance, contract status, and cost tracking
• Support the IT vendor onboarding and offboarding process, including coordinating internal reviews and documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in contract management systems
• Assist in tracking and maintaining an inventory of IT contracts, including key terms, renewal dates, and compliance requirements
• Support the IT team in researching vendor solutions, services, and pricing comparisons
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management, Information Systems, Healthcare Management, or a closely related field of study
• In lieu of degree, 5 years relevant experience
• 6 months Vendor management, Contract support, or Administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel skills
• Proficient in tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms
• Understanding of vendor risk management principles, familiar with IT asset lifecycle (preferred)
• IT or technology-focused work environment (preferred)
