In this role, you will analyze and optimize digital solutions to enhance our clients' business operations. Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess client needs to provide tailored digital solutions and strategies.
- Conduct data analysis to track the performance of digital initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and align digital strategies accordingly.
- Develop and present reports detailing the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital tools into client operations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients related to digital solutions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in digital analysis, data interpretation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analysis software.
