Position: Business Development Manager
Location: New York or California Area
Department: Corporate / Strategy
Reports to: CEO/CFO
Business Development:
• Identify and research new business opportunities to support company growth.
• Analyze market conditions and industry trends to inform strategic direction.
• Develop and present new business plans based on research findings.
• Expand and enhance current business channels.
• Serve as a company representative in communications with business partners and external. stakeholders.
• Review, draft, and coordinate contracts with vendors, partners, and other third parties.
Store Development:
• Lead site development initiatives for various brands under the company.
• Coordinate and communicate with brokers, developers, landlords, and vendors throughout the development process.
• Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and develop presentation materials to support decision-making.
Other Responsibilities:
• Serve as a Task Force member supporting the CEO on strategic initiatives.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
• This role requires frequent domestic travel, approximately 70% of the month, to visit potential store sites, attend meetings, and conduct on-the-ground research.
