Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Benefits Enrollment Expert. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to ADP client employees, helping them navigate the complexities of company insurance programs and benefits enrollment. This is a 100% remote opportunity after training, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to 30-40 inbound calls per day from ADP client employees, providing benefit and open enrollment information, and explaining complex aspects of company insurance programs.
- Examine, assess, and combine data to provide information on benefits and group insurance programs, identifying needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures.
- Record employee enrollment in benefits, utilizing in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures.
- Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues via inbound calls, email, and chat communication.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer service and benefits enrollment processes.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of helping customers resolve issues and answer questions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word, with the ability to navigate computer systems while on the phone with customers.
- Strong attendance and reliability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Training and Onboarding:
As a Benefits Enrollment Expert, you'll undergo comprehensive training and onboarding, covering the following topics:
- Benefits enrollment processes and procedures.
- Company insurance programs and policies.
- Administrative procedures and data management.
- Customer service best practices and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
