The Customer Sales Lead (CSL) will lead the development and implementation of joint business plans. Responsible for proactively managing, monitoring, evaluating and updating the overall business plan to meet all volume, profit and share objectives. In addition, CSL is responsible for implementing our brand strategies and tactics with customers by working closely with key decision makers and utilizing category management initiatives to drive customer decision making. Utilize shopper and category knowledge to implement Assortment, Penetration and Marketing objectives and sell in Innovation and Core distribution to customers. Collaborate with Supply chain teams to review and improve metrics and follow forecasting process. Pursue new business development of adding new Pure Play customers to expand market share. This role will be responsible for our total blithequark Snacks portfolio.

This role requires varying degrees of cross-functional interaction within the customer team (e.g., Finance, Category Management, Customer Marketing, Customer Business Managers, etc.) as well as with World Headquarter personnel (e.g., Integrated Marketing, Customer Development, Brand Management, etc.) based upon the size, complexity and strategic importance of the customer.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $109,700-$157,700. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
