Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as a Federal Account Services Supervisor, where you will lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. As a key member of our federal business office, you will be responsible for managing a team of associates, fostering a culture of inclusivity and excellence, and ensuring optimal productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of associates to achieve organizational objectives and priorities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business results
- Collaborate with internal departments and external customers to resolve issues and improve processes
- Provide effective communication and feedback to team members, and recognize and recommend operational improvements
- Partner with sales, service delivery, and project management teams to provide insights and support
Requirements:
- 4+ years of work experience, with 4+ years of relevant experience in managing and coaching high-performing teams
- Experience in solving complex problems, working in fast-paced environments, and handling multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Located in the Silver Spring, Maryland area
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in a call center environment
- 5+ years of customer contact experience
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Experience managing union employees and collective bargaining agreements
