Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering the telephone with a smile in your voice and providing exceptional customer service to our callers
- Taking customer menu orders, explaining special offers, and suggestive selling additional items to enhance the customer experience
- Greeting Carry-Out customers and ensuring they have a positive experience
- Assisting in preparing menu items and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Participating in all cleaning and restaurant maintenance duties as needed to ensure our restaurants meet the highest standards of quality and cleanliness
