The compensation for this role is a competitive salary, ranging from $125,600.00 to $226,100.00, reflecting our commitment to attracting top talent. As a Director, Roundel FP&A, you'll be a collaborative partner with a seat at the table, bringing your unique perspective and expertise to drive business outcomes. You'll lead the Roundel FP&A team, providing strategic financial analysis, developing driver-based financial models, and influencing business decisions. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our retail media network's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Roundel FP&A team, directing and prioritizing work, providing growth opportunities, and coaching and developing team members.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain talent to bolster the Roundel FP&A team, balancing industry expertise and strategic insights.
- Provide timely and value-added financial analysis and visibility into financial performance for Roundel business partner groups.
- Develop driver-based financial models to shape business outcomes, leveraging industry expertise and insights.
- Lead annual financial and strategic planning for the Roundel business, as well as monthly results reviews and financial forecast updates.
- Lead annual Goal and long-range planning processes for Roundel, including resource plans and cost center budgeting.
- Influence a variety of leaders, including Roundel's SVP, Sales team, Go-To-Market Lead, Product Design, and Strategy, as well as Finance leaders.
- Help shape and influence Roundel's long-term strategy, including new revenue streams and resource needs.
About You:
- Four-year degree (Finance or Accounting preferred), or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of Finance experience, FP&A preferred.
- Retail media, ad tech, digital ad sales, or media industry experience required.
- 5+ years of experience hiring, leading, and developing teams, including a demonstrated ability to set and execute a clear direction for your team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence others.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with and influence all levels of management.
