As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, working closely with customers and service providers to ensure a seamless experience. What You'll Be Doing
As a Remote Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Responding to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling.
- Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions.
- Troubleshooting software issues with customers and service providers.
- Collaborating with a fully remote team, utilizing technology for team communication, training, and meetings.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Able to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern.
- Confidence in handling incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous.
- Ability to track multiple issues at the same time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve software malfunctions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work efficiently with a remote team.

Compensation and Benefits
