Job (Project) Description:
We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to join our team for an SAP integration project with a 4PL provider. In this role, you will lead QA activities, coordinate the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Business Users, and ensure testing processes and deliverables meet high-quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate requirements, manage test execution, and provide clear reporting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SAP, ideally in the Logistics module
- Strong experience in Test Management and testing processes
- Hands-on experience with Jira/Xray for test case design, execution, dashboards, and coverage reports
- Ability to analyze and challenge requirements when unclear or incomplete
- Experience building and executing SIT test cases based on business requirements
- Experience training and supporting Business Users during test design and execution
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in MX time zone and coordinate with Business Users remotely
- English language proficiency; Spanish is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA efforts for SAP integration projects, ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with Business Users and project team members to gather and analyze requirements
- Build, execute, and maintain SIT and UAT test cases
- Train Business Users on Jira/Xray and provide support during test case creation and execution
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation of test activities
- Identify gaps or issues in requirements and provide actionable feedback
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Contract duration: May 4th – August 7th (~70 working days)
- Full-time commitment required
- Remote work acceptable, availability in MX time zone required
