Jr. Business Objects Report Developer - Full-Time (Remote)
Remote - Must reside in the Southeast U.S. (Louisiana or Texas preferred)

We have an immediate opening for a Junior Business Objects Report Developer supporting a federal program. While this is a remote role, candidates must live in the Southeast U.S., with preference given to Louisiana or Texas residents.
Candidates must be able to pass a federal background investigation.
Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end data and reporting activities within the agency’s regulatory applications
• Create, enhance, and maintain SAP Business Objects reports to meet evolving business needs
• Participate in Agile team ceremonies supporting report development and maintenance
• Support application performance as it relates to reporting
• Present data through reporting and visualization tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Improve report performance and extend functionality
• Maintain and document the reporting and operational environment
Required Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Objects, including:
• Web Intelligence (WebI)
• Universe development using UDT and IDT
• Strong understanding of relational database design principles:
• Star Schema
• Snowflake Schema
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working collaboratively within a technical team environment
