What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and execute clinical and population health analyses, metrics, and reports to monitor and improve healthcare outcomes
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure actionable analytics align with strategic priorities
- Serve as a strategic business partner by providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise
- Mentor colleagues across the organization in technical and analytical best practices
- Manage projects effectively to ensure timely completion of analyses and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in leading clinical and population health reporting and analyses
- At least 7 years of experience with coding languages and analytical tools using claims and clinical data
- Minimum of 5 years of project leadership experience, preferably in a complex, matrixed environment
- At least 5 years of providing analytical consultation to various stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Doctorate in Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or a related field
