Sales/Lead Generation Position
The company is a boutique outpatient physical therapy practice owned and operated by a husband-and-wife team. It operates out-of-network (cash-pay/direct care) and focuses on delivering premium, specialized care rather than high-volume, insurance-based services. The practice specializes in women's and pelvic health and offers advanced evaluation support, including imaging coordination through the clinical team.
Job Description
Check all new leads/inquiries (GoHighLevel, social DMs, calls/messages)
Respond quickly and nurture leads (answer questions, clarify out-of-network/direct care, guide to next steps)
Book and confirm calls/appointments (discovery calls and evaluation appointments)
Call warm leads (follow-ups, missed calls, or leads who haven't booked)
Update the CRM (tag/status, notes, next follow-up date, outcomes)
Run follow-up sequences (texts/emails from GoHighLevel; manual follow-ups as needed)
Reactivate past leads when lead flow is slow (old inquiries)
Perform light social outreach (DMs in relevant groups, respond to comments/messages)
Prepare end-of-day report (KPIs: new leads, contacted leads, booked appointments, follow-ups set, issues/blockers, plan for tomorrow)
Must Haves
Strong Lead Generation/Appointment Setting experience (strategic)
Reliable attendance
Strong English and phone confidence (handling warm lead calls and short discovery-style calls)
Sales/lead nurture mindset (able to guide leads to book without being pushy)
CRM experience (preferably GoHighLevel or a similar pipeline CRM)
Highly organized follow-up habits (no leads slipping through the cracks)
Proactive problem solver (offers ideas and solutions, not just "what should I do next?")
Comfortable with reporting and KPIs (daily accountability)
Nice to Haves
Experience with out-of-network/cash-pay healthcare or similar service-based sales
Experience assisting with email campaigns (reactivation/seasonal promos, basic copywriting, and scheduling)
Basic Canva skills (creating simple lead magnets, such as short e-books or mini guides)
Social outreach experience (DMs, community engagement, and list building)
Experience supporting e-book content creation or related materials
