Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Setter located in the united states. The Lead Setter will be responsible for initiating and managing outbound and inbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a detailed customer database. Additional duties include providing accurate product or service information, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating with team members to optimize lead conversion strategies.
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
• Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales support
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other related technology tools
• Effective time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and confidently provide accurate information
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a commitment to achieving team goals
• Previous experience in setting appointments or sales prospecting is advantageous
