Why is this role important to Field Nation?Field Nation is seeking a strategic and creative Learning and Development Manager to elevate the knowledge and success of our Customer Success team, buyers, and partners. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Customer Success, you will design, deliver, and optimize scalable training solutions that drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention. You will manage our Learning Management System (LMS), lead content creation and strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our educational resources align with business goals and customer needs.
