This Learning Consultant is responsible for administering and optimizing the Workday Learning Management System (LMS), providing effective learning experiences for bank team members through course administration, configuration, campaigns, machine learning, reporting, and user support. This Learning Consultant will serve as a Workday subject matter expert, including training delivery, partnership, and support of existing and future Workday functionality rollouts. (e.g. Workday HCM, Finance, and LMS)

In accordance with Colorado law: Colorado pay for this position is anticipated to be between $66,440.00 - $106,131.00 , actual offers to be determined based on applicant’s skills, experience and education.While the anticipated deadline for the job posting is 09-06-2025, we encourage you to submit your application as we may still consider qualified candidates beyond this date.
