Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) is dedicated to supporting Canadian Armed Forces members, veterans, and their families. The Project Coordinator will provide day-to-day support on learning initiatives, assist in communication efforts for product rollouts, and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support on projects and programs, as required
- Monitor priorities and initiatives, and generate reports to identify gaps, track progress, and offer recommendations
- Assist in planning and executing communication efforts for product and program rollouts, changes, and updates
- Conduct analysis and assessments to address inquiries, issues, and escalations
- Liaise and coordinate with vendors, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), management, committees and other internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of programs, projects and/or events
- Utilize systems, tools, and technology to produce, verify, and manage information
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field AND some years of experience in administration or a related field
- Experience in organizing and administering programs and projects
- Experience in preparing reports, correspondence and other communications
- Experience in administrative functions and activities
- Experience in planning, developing and conducting presentations, seminars, meetings, events, and/or conferences
- Experience in budget development and administration
- Experience in applying policies, procedures, regulations and relevant legislation
- Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership
- Bilingual (English and French) Essential
- Experience in learning initiatives, project coordination, and project management
- Experience in the financial sector and with CRM platforms
- Experience in change management and the financial industry
