Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of compliance protocols to ensure alignment with the latest laws and standards.
• Provide compliance guidance to employees and management on organizational policies and best practices.
• Ensure the company meets federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit required documentation to regulatory bodies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed compliance records and ensure the organization is audit-ready at all times.
• Conduct compliance training programs to educate employees on relevant regulations and company policies.
• Develop and distribute compliance communication materials across the organization.
• Perform regular audits to monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Investigate compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare compliance reports for senior management, outlining findings and areas for improvement.
• Identify compliance risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with other departments to address compliance-related issues proactively.
Requirements
• 3+ years of compliance experience, preferably within the facility maintenance or construction industry.
• In-depth understanding of federal, state, and local compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating policies and conducting training.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
• Experience with compliance management systems or tools.
