Key Responsibilities
- Brand Awareness (10%): Drive interest creation by developing brand awareness campaigns for internal stakeholders.
- Execution (10%): Lead and support cross-functional project teams to manage and execute high-value campaigns, special projects, and requests for Marketing and Business leaders.
- Operations (20%): Manage online and offline marketing programs throughout the project lifecycle, including discovery, program definition, creative development, program launch, measurement, and reporting.
- Strategies (60%): Develop and lead analysis to assess customer and market landscapes, competitors, and current business strategies to build a comprehensive brand strategy and channel communications plan aligned with our multi-channel marketing strategies.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to connect business objectives to communication strategies and creative ideas.
- A strong, informed advocate for brand communications strategies and tactics, particularly to internal stakeholders.
- A keen interest in advancements in technology and media that can impact brand communications, and the ability to communicate and advocate to all relevant brand audiences.
- The ability to manage multiple internal and external agencies and unify them into a cohesive front supporting key brand initiatives.
