Responsibilities
• Manage creator campaigns end-to-end that align with business strategy and goals.
• Develop integrated creator strategies and briefs using data analysis and creativity.
• Adapt to changes in social platforms and advise the team on content reflection.
• Establish oneself as a thought leader for the Latino and creator community.
• Understand Verizon's business needs regarding Latino and integrate creator strategy into business goals.
• Prepare presentations and materials for key business stakeholders to provide updates and insights.
• Contribute to how Verizon interacts and builds relationships within the influencer-marketing space.
• Work with data and analytics teams to identify and illuminate data narratives.
• Facilitate team brainstorms to stimulate unexpected ideas and initiatives.
Requirements
• Four or more years of relevant experience in creator partnerships, marketing, or operations.
• Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience in creator marketing and talent management.
Nice-to-haves
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience briefing creator agency partners.
• Experience in influencer marketing and social media strategy.
• Knowledge of optimizing content on social media platforms.
• Ability to craft strategic POVs on industry-related topics.
• Experience managing complex 360-degree digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of KPI measurement.
